Who runs on Multitransport

One platform, whoever operates the transport.

Institutions, fleet operators, and communities all run the same thing — shared transport for their own people — on the same rails.

Institutions

Campuses and schools moving students and staff between residences, faculties, and gates.

Live: UNIMAS — East-campus colleges pooled to the faculty core each morning.

Fleet operators

Transport and delivery companies putting their own vehicles on optimized, recorded routes.

Shuttle runs and last-mile drops — routed, dispatched, and logged.

Communities

Residential areas, co-ops, and groups organizing shared rides to a common destination.

Neighbourhood pickups to a shared drop, on a set schedule.

What the platform does

Many pickups, one optimized route.

The same routing engine handles the shape of the trip and what's being moved — so a campus carpool and a parcel run are the same job with different settings.

Multi-stop pooling

Riders share one route with several pickups and drop-offs. Fewer vehicles, fewer trips, every seat accounted for.

Scheduled or on-demand

Fixed slots like a morning run, or requests handled as they come in — per service, per operator.

Passengers or parcels

A pickup and a drop with a capacity cost — whether that's a student or a package. One engine, both.

Why it's not a ride-hailing app

The compliance runs underneath every trip.

Multitransport isn't the app your riders hail a stranger on. It's the layer that keeps an operator's own transport road-legal — the part a hailing app never gives you.

01 · PERMITS

Every vehicle, road-legal

APAD and e-Vehicle Permit status tracked per vehicle, so nothing dispatches without a valid permit behind it.

02 · INSURANCE

Pooled riders, covered

Insurance status held against each operator and vehicle class — surfaced before a trip runs, not after a claim.

03 · RECORDS

Every trip, auditable

Each route, rider, and stop logged as a trip record — the paper trail an audit or a regulator actually asks for.

From onboarding to a logged trip

Four steps to a compliant run.

STEP 01

Set up the operator

Locations, slots, and fleet configured for your organization — one tenant, cleanly separated.

STEP 02

People opt in

Riders request a slot; drivers offer their availability. Eligibility is checked as they join.

STEP 03

Optimize & dispatch

At each cutoff, the engine pools riders into routes and assigns them to available vehicles.

STEP 04

Log & verify

Every trip is recorded against its permit and insurance — auditable from day one.
